Job Description

Job purpose

Regional Management is looking for a motivated driven professional with a desire to support capital markets for a fast growing profitable company. The Treasury - Capital Market Analyst will be responsible for reporting for all funding platforms as well as assist with custodian relationship.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly reports for securitization and capital markets

  • Prepare monthly report for the ABL group and work with Accounting department in the process

  • Execute funding transactions utilizing capital markets warehouse

  • Help build data modeling for capital markets

  • Assist with securitization transactions and execute reporting and analytics for the process

  • Help manage relationships with investment bankers, institutional bankers, external custodians, and rating agencies

  • Analyze reports and ensure data integrity

  • Execute daily cash allocation for the funding platforms

  • Assist with several audits performed for the funding platforms and work with external auditors and internal departments including Accounting, Compliance, and Internal Audit

  • Work with external custodian on loan documents for securitization and capital market warehouse assets and assist Imaging Specialist with exceptions

  • Assist research capital markets transactions and performance from other similar

  • Any other tasks assigned by Treasurer or supervisor

Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel is required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

  • At least 1 year of SQL Server Experience is required

  • Capital Markets or Securitization experience is preferred

  • 1+ Year’s relevant work experience

  • Superior academic performance

  • Extremely motivated, Self-driven personality is a must
